Let's build on our knowledge about mealworms!
A Burning Question from me:
What do you think will happen to our pets on Monday?
how did the worms move?
ReplyDeletewith thier legs
ReplyDeletehow many teeth does a worm has
ReplyDeleteMealworms are the larvae of darkling beetles. These primitive insects do not have teeth at any point during the life cycle. During the larval stage, mealworms have relatively small mouths; they can feed only on finely ground material.
DeleteI think its dead. The colour is different from the rest.Is the mealworm harmful to us?How big can it grow?
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's about to change into a beetle
ReplyDeleteWhy one of the meaiworm is black and brown?
DeleteI think some of them will die.
ReplyDeleteI think they will grow bigger.
ReplyDeleteI just saw a meal worm grow into a pupa and then turn into beetle at youtube i think on monday some of them will turn into pupa but when they turn into pupa how do they eat the oats and apple??
ReplyDeleteI think some of them will die and some of them will turn into a beetle
DeleteI think it is not dead maybe it is turning into a pupa. At pupa stage they dont need food. So they dont need apples or oats.
ReplyDeletewhen mealworm turn into pupa they need two weeks to turn into beetle
DeleteMost Of Them Will Be Alive But Some Will Die
ReplyDeleteagree
DeleteIf they have enough food, they can stay 3 months for Larva according to their process. After moults 15 times, they will reach Pupa level from Larva (this stage).
