Reminders and Homework plus Vermicomposting

Reminders:

• Next week's Spelling and Dictation will be in the form of our Listening Comprehension lesson. It will be done using the LC book. So for those who did not had in their LC book today, remember to bring it on Monday.
•  Get your parents to sign the LS for 'Making Ice-cream'. Also, revise the LS because there will be a topical test on Monday based on the LS.

Vermicomposting:
We will be embarking on our 'worm' project for the next two weeks.
Just a gentle reminder to collect bottles (500ml or 600ml). Wash and dry them before bringing them to school.
Also, start collecting food for our new pets (worms). This is the suggested list:

• Fruit scraps and peels (mold/rot is fine)
• Mouldy Bread and grains
• Used tea leaves
• Coffee grounds
• Crushed egg shells
• Most moist paper products such as corrugated cardboard
• Vegetable scraps
